Legal basis and purpose of processing

Your personal data, including first name, last name, and email address, will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator, in the form of conducting marketing activities for the Administrator's products or services. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which permits processing when it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator. The purpose of processing is to conduct marketing activities for products or services offered by XBIT GROUP Sp. z o.o.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the marketing campaign conducted by the Administrator, but no longer than 3 months from the date of collection, unless you object to the processing earlier.

Source of data

We inform you that your data was obtained from publicly available databases on the Internet.

Recipients of data

The Administrator may transfer your personal data to an entity that carries out automated marketing message sending on behalf of XBIT GROUP Sp. z o.o.
